At INIVREX, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our services. However, if a customer is not satisfied with our servicing, they can easily cancel their order under the following conditions:
1. Satisfaction Guarantee
If a customer is not satisfied with the servicing provided, they can cancel their order without any hassle.
2. Completed Work
Once the servicing work is completed and the original completed work is received by the customer from INIVREX agency, and payment for the servicing has been made, the customer cannot cancel their order. If the customer has made a payment, it is understood that they have made the payment after being satisfied with the work. Therefore, in this situation, no refund can be issued as INIVREX does not have a refund policy.
3. Inactivity Cancellation
If the user remains offline or does not contact us within 2 days after placing an order, their order will be automatically canceled.
4. Service Availability
If a service is shown as available on the website but is not actually available in our company/agency due to technical errors or other issues, we reserve the right to cancel such orders. We will not accept orders for services that we are unable to provide, and if such orders have already been accepted, we will cancel them.
